Yoga For Men – One on One

  • Learn the basics so you know what you’re doing before going to a group class
  • Go deeper, learn more and have a home practice made exclusively for you

You’re one of a kind – so your home yoga practice should be too! Traditionally yoga was taught one-on-one. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. So in order to create a yoga practice that is optimal for your particular body, temperament, constitution, lifestyle, history, needs, and aspirations, one on one yoga sessions are the most effective means of accomplishing this. Kevin has been coaching men and creating personalized yoga practices for them for 30 years. Consider combining one on one sessions in personalized home practice – or yoga therapy  if you have any injuries or health conditions – with group classes for the best results for you. If you have any health concerns, it is especially important for you to begin yoga in a way that is appropriate for you.

*A Note About Arrival Time –
*Guys, please plan on arriving 15 mins ahead of time for every class.
I will have someone there to let you in. At that time the entryway to the building is locked, and there is no intercom or buzzer to let late comers in. Because of this there is no access after 6:30.

Comfortable clothing: either loose or stretchable.  You may want to bring layers so that you can add or subtract as needed in terms of your body temperature.

“Originally I came to see Kevin one on one because I wanted to learn the basics the right way so I could then go to group classes. I love doing it everyday on my own in the morning. I feel so good when I’m done.”
