Breathing and Sounding
Breathing is your most personal, immediate, and powerful connection to your present state of being – physically, psychologically, and energetically. Breathing is explored in conjunction with the postures, and also as an exercise in itself.
Breathing is also explored as it manifests through vibration. Primal sounding, free of cultural specificity, is used by itself and with movement to amplify one’s personal evolution.
